Lifecycle Marketing ManagerLocation: Plano, TX (Hybrid)We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own lifecycle strategy and execution for a fast-growing fintech organization. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who can think beyond individual campaigns and connect customer journeys, nurture programs, and automated workflows to broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing lifecycle strategy and personally building, launching, testing, and optimizing campaigns within HubSpot.Key Responsibilities:Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, including onboarding, nurture, retention, re-engagement, and win-back programs.Build and manage automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalized customer journeys within HubSpot.Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to align lifecycle initiatives with acquisition, brand, retention, and growth objectives.Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve engagement, conversion, and customer retention.Monitor and report on lifecycle performance metrics, using insights to identify opportunities and optimize results.Ensure lifecycle campaigns and messaging are coordinated across multiple customer touchpoints and marketing channels.
