\nB2B Client Relationships & Existing Account Growth | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
\nNatura is looking for a driven account management professional who enjoys building lasting client relationships, uncovering opportunities, and growing business within an existing portfolio. You’ll partner with commercial clients to understand their needs and help their spaces evolve through thoughtful plant and décor solutions.
\nWe design, install, and maintain interior and exterior plant programs, living walls, moss walls, and seasonal décor for commercial clients across Texas and Florida. Our work helps businesses create welcoming spaces that reflect their brands and reconnect people with nature.
\n \nOur Core Values

\nOwnership : Take responsibility, do it right, and speak up when needed.

\nQuality : Deliver nothing less than the best.
\nThese values guide how we work together and serve our clients.
\n \nAbout the Role
\nThis role focuses exclusively on managing and growing existing client relationships. You’ll stay connected with your accounts, understand their changing needs, and identify opportunities for enhancements, additional services, and expansion into other locations within those relationships.
\nYou’ll serve as a trusted point of contact, working closely with our service and installation teams to support a positive client experience. Success means retaining clients, strengthening partnerships, and turning account opportunities into revenue.
\nYou don’t need a background in plants or interiorscape design. We’ll help you build that knowledge through training, practical resources, and guidance as you learn to create solutions for your clients. You do need to be comfortable initiating conversations, recommending additional services, and following through consistently.
